Acknowledgement
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to all the people who gave us the possibility to complete this study. We want to thank the Centre of Modern Languages and Human Science for offering Ethnic Relations (UHM2022) as the course syllabus for us for this semester and giving us the opportunity to doing some research on our topic, National Social Policy.
We are deeply thankful to our lecturer, En Ahmad Bin Ibrahim from the Centre of Modern Languages and Human Science who gives us suggestions and encouragement which helped us when we were doing this research. He is such an understanding lecturer who gives us great help in our difficult times.
Besides that, we also want to thank our members of this group and also our friends for their help, support, interest and valuable hints. Especially for our group members who are very dedicated in doing our research.
We hope that the other people can accept our research about this topic and would like to use our research as references for their own further studies.
Objective
The objective of this survey is;
1. To obtain how many people in our country really know about national social policy.
2. To survey if people know what exactly this policy about.
Survey’s question
1. Do you deeply understand about our National Policy?
2. Do you agree that the objective of our national social policy is to ensure that everybody no matter as individual, family and community, regardless of ethnic group, religion, culture, gender and political affiliation and region to participate and contribute to national development as well as enjoy continuous contentment in life?
3. National Social Politic is a social development policy based on moral values and self-enrichment to achieve unity and social stability, national fortitude and develop strong well-being of the community (Malaysian).
4. National Social Policy approved by cabinet on?
5. There have four main objective of National Social Policy, do you agree?
6. Do you agree that National Social Policy is our responsibility?
Result and analysis
We will be analyzing the data by using simple percentage method based on the data collected. Then, the result obtained will be summarized in the form of a pie chart. From the result we obtain, we found out that 60 peoples had responded to our survey. Among the 60 peoples, 26 of them are female while the rest 34 people are male respondents. There are 59 teenagers who are age between 19-25 and only one who age 25 and above. The percentages of respondents are 99% students and only 1% is staff.
After doing some analysis on the result, we found that almost all of the respondents are students. This is probably because we have spread the survey in social page in internet where most of our friends gather there. From this survey, we know that only some people understand well about national social policy. There are 16 people who say yes while 44 people say no when we are asking about their understanding about national social policy. Based on their responds, 55 person are agreed that the objective of our national social policy is to ensure that everybody no matter as individual, family and community, regardless of ethnic group, religion, culture, gender and political affiliation and region to participate and contribute to national development as well as enjoy continuous contentment in life, while 5 person did not agreed. It is because they do not well understand the concept of national social policy and cannot adapt this situation.
For the next question is, we are asking when the National Social Policy approved by cabinet? The right answer is on 19 February 2003 and only 31 respondents who answer it correctly. While 19 respondents answer it wrong. Then, we are asking respondents about their knowledge related main objective of National Social Policy. The correct answer is 3 main objective and only 19 respondent answers it correctly while the balance respondents answer it wrong, which are 41. It is strongly show that only a few respondents understand well about this policy. Last but not least, we are asking respondents’ opinion about their responsibility about national social policy. Some of them are agreed while the rest did not agree. Only 5 respondents did not agree and the rest are agreed.
Conclusion
After all the finding and analysis, we can conclude that we have achieved all the objectives aimed before. We are succeeding in having Malaysian’s opinions regarding the national social policy where everyone is agreed with the policy. We can also predict the long term effect of this policy toward ethnic’s unity in Malaysia. We can also conclude that the national social policy is one of the platforms to unite all Malaysians and strengthen the bond between us so that we can live happily in harmony. Students nowadays have an important role to create a strong bonding among all ethnics and preserve the unity.

Malaysian Respectful Leader
On the recent class,En Ahmad had ask us about our Malaysian respectful leader,Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. It was actually a good step for us to know more about our former prime minister. We discussed about his journey of leading our country in his own way which he gets inspired by an old song named 'My Way'. He held the post for 22 years from 1981 to 2003, making him Malaysia's longest-serving Prime Minister, and actually one of the longest-serving leaders in Asia. He had contributed a lot to Malaysian modernization that he has granted the title 'Father of Modernization'.It has really inspired me on how he can actually manage to exclude Malaysia to borrrow from IMF during 1997 Asian financial crisis.he had also launched vision 2020 in order for Malaysia to be developed country in year 2020.He also built Malaysia new administration centre at Putrajaya that makes it as tourist attraction.

SyiMiz's cross words
.jpg)
Recently, Mr Ahmad has given us some activities in the class named cross words. it's a pair work.We need to find 12 basic concepts of Ethnic Relationship. Syikin and i try very hard to be a first partner found all 12 hidden words. unfortunately, we are not the winner. But it's okay. We try our best actually.
From this activities, we realized that we are lack of vocabulary and need to improve our weakness soon to make sure we have no trouble to do this kind of activity. Thank to Mr. Ahmad. We really enjoy this task. Not forgetting, congratulation to Syawal and his partner to be the first group that found all 12 hidden words!
